For safety reasons, please call or text 10 minutes prior to arrival, so I can secure the other pets and make for a smooth drop-off or pick-up. Please let me know right away if your pet is an escape artist. I used Apple Tags just in case, however, I want to make sure that pets don't take off due to nervousness, anxiety, or curosity. Some pets are new to socialization & boarding, so please keep this in mind with pick-ups/drop-offs.  Some pets fight at the gate, when their owners arrive as a defense, which is not good. I have experience with pets taking off and a couple tricks up my sleeve, but I want to prevent it as much as possible and I will always tell the parent. I will contact the Pet Parent(s) or Pet Parent's Representative/Emergency Contact, before we do anything  that we haven't previously agreed to. For safety only, I may put your pup inside, kenneled, or on a lead, just for the drop-off/pick-up and if I have a guest, contractor, etc.

Please, No last minute bookings for new pups.  I need at least 1 week and 2 weeks for Holiday weekends, etc. We must have a Meet and Greet (max 30 minutes) to make sure that pet parents approve and that the pups are  comfortable, socialized or working on it, and that they are not aggressive.  There are no exceptions for a dog to be aggressive to another pet or person. If that happens, the dog will be immediately expelled. See Contract Please.
