Welcome to Lucia’s Pet Care, where all pets are a part of the family. This is a comfortable space where dogs can relax indoors or outdoors all day long. There is a maximum of 6 dogs per day, so your pup won’t get too overwhelmed with too ma ny dogs and each dog gets the quality attention that they deserve. I want to build a relationship with you and your pet(s) so they trust me, and you can have the confidence to leave them in my care whenever you need to.

While in my care, pet parents can expect regular check-ins via text, or email, including pictures of their pet(s). Pet parents can also expect a clean and healthy environment. Photos, updates, and noteworthy information will be shared with parents. My focus is quality care, and my mission is to provide a safe, loving, and friendly environment for all pets.

Operating Hours

Lucia’s Pet Care is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, as I care for the pets around the clock.

Below are the hours for pet drop-offs, pickups, meetings, check-ins, etc., by appointment only.

Please provide a confirmation call or text prior to arrival, so I can secure the pups. I appreciate your patience! For questions, inquiries, pricing, or any information-

My office hours are Monday through Friday from 12 p.m.-7 pm.

Communication out of those hours will be returned the next day unless there is an emergency or your pet is currently under my care. Email is the best form of communication for me as far as new clients and invoicing and text/call is perfect for scheduling drop-offs, and pick-ups, and sending updates with photos or videos at the owner's request.

Monday- Friday 7:00 am and 7:00 pm

Saturday & Sunday 9:00 am and 7:00 pm

Meet and Greets:

Tuesday -Friday 12:00 pm and 7:00 pm

Check-Ins

9:00 am and 8:00 pm Daily

Scheduled visits for check-ins are made between the hours of 9 a.m. and 8 p.m., within a 2-hour window. Example: Visits between 2-3 pm daily.

Holiday Hours

Lucia’s Pet Care is open on holidays, however, there are no drop-offs or pick-ups on the actual day of the holiday. Please refer to the holiday schedule.

Meal Times

For check-ins or boardings, all mealtimes are supervised. Each pet is given a clean bowl with fresh food and water. After each meal, bowls are thoroughly cleaned and ready for the next feedings. Leftovers can be saved for the next feeding time.

For boarding, meals are given 3 times a day (unless specified by the pet parent). I have a refrigerator and microwave for food, medicines, and special diets. There is no extra charge for medicines, supplements, or anything that your dog needs.

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm Meal for puppies and grazers.

5:30 pm – 6:30 pm Dinner

Variety of dog toys including tugs, faux bones, balls, squeaky toys, stuffed animals, and more. No rawhide or unsafe chews are allowed.

Boarding/Sleeping

Pet parents are encouraged to bring dog beds, blankets, etc. for comfort, otherwise, each pet is provided with clean blankets and bedding. Shared toys, bedding, and blankets are washed after each dog's stay.
All dog items, equipment, shared areas, and shared objects are washed and cleaned after each dog stay.
Dogs can sleep indoors or outdoors during the day and indoors only in the patio room at night.
Bedtime is between 09:30 pm -10:30 pm
Please do not bring anything that has sentimental value, as other pups may destroy it.
